Helping people navigate health challenges
Therapy for living well with health conditions
Living with illness can touch every part of life.
Therapy can help.
I offer evidence-based therapy—online or in-person in Sidney, BC—integrating counselling & psychotherapy, health & wellness coaching, and mindfulness-based strategies.
Together we can build practical skills to help you manage symptoms, regulate emotions, and adjust to life with a health condition—so you can feel more like yourself again.
